9 Hacks to Abundance
Abundance can be defined as having plenty of, or very large quantities of something. Most of our culture can’t experience this key to having more because of the conditioning of our minds in society to scarcity and lack. By affirming and feeling the emotions that come along with abundance, we naturally attract more of everything we want. Here are 9 hacks to an abundant mindset:
Identify Scarcity or Lack
To be abundant, negativity cannot dwell in your life. Identify any negative symptoms of scarcity or lack and replace them with abundance. This may be hard at first, but affirmations are an easy way to combat the negativity. Knowing and visualizing abundance is the key. So when you do identify or encounter negativity, your affirmations should be the total opposite of the symptom is. For example: an affirmation of waking up early and going to the gym every morning at 5am will combat a decision to eat a bad meal or sleep late the night before.
Just because you identify scarcity or lack doesn’t mean you dwell on them. You must focus on abundance it self. The more you focus on something the more likely it is to manifest. This is true with the law of attraction as well as the reticular activating system or RAS. If it’s money that you want, focus on it. If it’s love that you want, focus on it. The universe will give you more of what you focus on.
Don’t Hate, Appreciate
When was the last time you showed gratitude or appreciation? Think of all of the beautiful things you have in your life. Think of all the great things that there are in this world. Being able to read this right now can give you an appreciation of technology, the internet, a computer or smart phone. Being able to read is something to appreciate as well. There are over 700 million people that cannot read, but you are one of the fortunate that can. Changing our habits and appreciating more contributes to an abundant mindset.
Get rid of the distractions, negativity, toxic people and things in your life that don’t serve you. Anything that puts you in a bad mood should not be entertained. Organize your thoughts, your space, and your life. Have discipline and develop clarity on what you want so that abundance can pour into your life.
Surround yourself with people and things that provide good energy, moods, and vibes. Choose your surroundings and what you intake into your life. The shows that you watch, the music that you listen to, the books that you read, the conversations that you have all contain energy and vibes that can influence your mood and ultimately be the deciding factor of scarcity or abundance. Share the Wealth
An unpopular trick is giving what you want more of. Not giving to expect something in return, but giving exactly what you lack. Short on cash? Give it away. Not enough attention? Give it away. It is much better to give than receive, this is a common trick among the wealthy. Which is why tithing, charity, and donations are frequently done amongst the rich. This is how the rich get richer.
The basic mindset always looks out for ones self. The growth and abundance mindset thinks win/win, every time. These are how masterminds are created, two or three minds come together forming an even greater mind. A mutually beneficial relationship is common among the abundant types.
Trust the Process
Remind yourself that this is a journey and nothing worth having comes easy. It’s easier to give up than to continue on the path of an abundant mindset. Celebrate the small wins, share them with others. Inspire yourself by reading affirmations, quotes, confiding in like minded friends. Enjoy the process and understand that there is much more of the good stuff on the way.
Things are not always rainbows and butterflies. You’re going to fail. Life is going to punch you in the face. You’re going to come across challenging times. Just remember, this is all happening FOR you not TO you. The universe has greater things in store for your journey. Embrace the difficult times and remain calm knowing that abundance and increase will flood your life.
